The second community market held at Mosquito Lake School on Sunday featured over 100 attendees despite a bluebird late-summer day that might have tempted some shoppers away to pick berries or catch fish. Many thanks to superintendent Tony Habra and borough assembly members Diana Lapham, Margaret Friedenauer and Ron Jackson for making the effort to see this borough facility in its current use. Watch for our borough assembly candidate forum at the school on Sept. 7. The next Upper Valley Community Market is planned for Sept. 18.
