I want to thank everyone who helped plan and put on the fundraiser for me: the school staff, the cooks, and dishwashers for the taco dinner and the students and parents and local artists who contributed to the auction, and to all the community members who purchased art or made donations. The generosity of everyone is overwhelming and very, very much appreciated. All the cards and letters and phone calls and visits have repeatedly reminded me that I am surrounded by caring friends and community. This goes a long way to relieve stress and worry, which means quicker healing. Thank you, thank you everyone!
