Both Tresham Gregg and Jerry Lapp assured me that if elected they would not vote in favor of the resolution to approve the policy developed by the manager on enforcement of Haines Borough minor offense ordinance 15-06-413.
If the enforcement policy is not passed, the ordinance is null and void. Then they will have to start over, and not short circuit the system if they want a minor offense ordinance.
