I want to thank all the people who helped me during a recent ambulance call, including Chuck Mitman, who I remember was in my bedroom and I couldn’t figure out what he was doing there. Also thanks to all the wonderful ambulance crew and doctors at the clinic for sending me to Juneau. Since returning, I have had excellent care from the Haines clinic and feel we are fortunate to have it here. I hope to never have an experience like this again, but if I do, I feel confident about where I have lived for so many years.
