The Southeast Alaska State Fair will hold its annual membership meeting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 at Harriett Hall, followed at 6 p.m. by an appreciation dinner for members and 2015 fair volunteers and sponsors.
The annual meeting is open to current fair members. The agenda includes a recap of 2014-2015 accomplishments; board of directors’ elections; and a time for member and board comments. Fair memberships may be purchased at the door.
The community is invited to an appreciation dinner beginning at 6 p.m. in Harriett Hall. 2015 fair volunteers, members and sponsors eat dinner for free. Dinner costs $5 for the general public.
