Have we reviewed the initial assumptions about Portage Cove expansion? Can the parking area expansion be extended to the southwest? Can we avoid moving the waste water line? Should we review the dredging plan because of suggested harbor changes? Have we reviewed material costs with a suggested change in breakwater position and construction? It is important to stay up to date in the effort to save substantial money that could be used in providing additional harbor slips. It can all be done.
