To those who enjoy defrosting their dogs and exercising them in the Fort Seward Parade Grounds: Remember we all enjoy playing in the Parade Grounds, but it really takes away from that enjoyment to find a pile of dog poop at every turn. I believe it is the responsibility of dog owners to scoop up after their pooches – and refrain from throwing the bag in the bushes or in the ditches. To those others who enjoy the Parade Grounds: Watch where you step!
