The Haines Borough Assembly has only one more meeting left on the docket in 2014.
Due to holidays and more than a half-dozen staff and assembly members traveling to Anchorage for the Alaska Municipal League annual conference this week, there will not be a second meeting in November, said clerk Julie Cozzi.
“It is pretty typical, really. Primarily because of the AML conference as well as the holidays,” Cozzi said.
The assembly meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
The last assembly meeting of the year is at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16.
