Community education director John Hagen is urging residents to sign up early for the program’s sushi-making classes, as they tend to fill up fast.
Two classes – one from 10 a.m. to noon and one from 1 to 3 p.m. – will be held Saturday, March 1, in the Haines High home economics kitchen. The class is taught annually by Yuko Hays.
