Thanks to all the folks who helped make the third annual July 4 Haines Music Festival such a great experience! Five hundred dollars has been set aside for a new scholarship fund, to be announced. Special thanks go to Lee Heinmiller and Russ Lyman for many hours of sound crew work; to tarp-master Matt Whitman; to Tanya Carlson for omniscience with a smile; and to all the other volunteers who worked at the door, on stage and around the venue! Thanks also to the bands and especially to Jeff Alvine, Samson Mandrick, The Men of Note, Peter MacDonald and John Brainard for sharing their talents as we (often noisily) set up for the next band.
