We are almost half through the run of the Sheldon Museum’s “People of the Chilkat Valley” biography exhibit. We thank those who have sent or brought in short biographies and photographs of people who have lived in this area or still live here. There is room for more to be added to the exhibit and to the community’s historical record. This exhibit is funded in part by Chilkat Valley Community Foundation and Ripinsky, Sami Reindeer herder, and gold rush family historians who have used the archive.
