Canadian female folk trio the Good Lovelies are bringing their witty on-stage banter and lighthearted songwriting to the Chilkat Center Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m.
The show is presented by the Haines Arts Council.
The Good Lovelies, composed of Caroline Brooks, Kerri Ough and Sue Passmore, formed in 2006 after performing their first show at Toronto’s Gladstone Hotel. Three-part harmonies, constant instrument swapping, and “irresistibly buoyant dispositions” make for lively performances, according to the band’s website.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors, $5 for students and $40 for families.
