The Haines Animal Rescue Kennel would like to thank our sponsors and participants for helping make this years “Most Lovable Pet” contest such a success. We had over 30 dogs participate in nine categories. Thank you to Howsers IGA for the box full of donated prizes and also to King’s Store for their donations as well.
This year we had the honor of presenting some of our finalist on stage during the Southeast Alaska State Fair. So special thanks to the fair for allowing us the stage time and for also donating prizes to the contest.
Between the parade, the contest at Tlingit Park and the finalist on stage at the fair, it made for a fun and exciting event. Thanks again to all who helped make it so successful. We look forward to doing it again next year.
