Changes are coming to the Chilkat Valley News website.
Starting April 15, full news stories on the site will be available only to paid subscribers. To access news articles on the site, you will need to enter a user name and password.
If you are a current subscriber and want to have access to the Chilkat Valley News online after April 15, please contact us at
[email protected] and we will create a user name and password for you. You will get free access to the website for as long as you’re a subscriber to the newspaper’s print edition.
Subscribers will gain access to features not previously available on the website, including all the news stories, photos and ads published in that week’s print edition. Access to newspaper archives also will be by subscription only. A month-long electronic subscription to the website also will be offered.
We realize our readers may be disappointed that some features previously offered for free at the CVN website will now cost money. We ask your understanding that news about the Chilkat Valley is the product that we sell each week, and not something we can afford to give away.
