The Bobbi Figdor Early Childhood Education Award was presented to Pete Dohrn and Victoria Moore this week.
Dohrn was honored for helping build a HeadStart playground, and Moore for her work educating her 5-year-old child, Alex, who is autistic and has Type 1 diabetes.
