I went to the open house for the new subdivision that CIA built and was quite pleased to see the excellent work that has been done the past three to four years. I also was impressed to see that the homes are heated solely by wood pellets. And these well-built homes and apartments are very affordable to those that qualify. Job well done to all those people who made this happen.
