Determined, dependable, hardworking, committed, trustworthy, experienced. These are words that come to mind when I think of Debra Schnabel as a borough assembly member. The most important of these to consider when comparing her to her opponent for borough assembly seat C is “experienced.” Having served on numerous committees, as the director of a number of different community organizations, as well as on the Haines City Council and borough assembly, Debra knows the issues, their histories and related details that can only be gained and properly appreciated with experience. She grew up here and cares deeply about the welfare of our community. She is a local business owner, and will do all she can to see that Haines thrives in the long-term. Her only agenda is the health and vitality of the Haines Borough. I urge you to vote for Debra, a vote for experience.
