Haines High School cross-country running practice begins 3:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at Sharnbroich Field.
Coach Liam Cassidy said runners are reminded to get their physicals and do their community service. They are also strongly encouraged to participate in the Haines Hustle 5K race, 8 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Southeast Alaska State Fairgrounds, he said.
