On behalf of the boys in Cub Scouts and their parents, I would like to thank both the Emblem Club and the Haines Sportsman’s Association for their recent monetary donation to the Boy Scouts in Haines. The funds will be used for Pinewood Derby prizes and also to help some scouts attend Space Camp in Juneau this summer. Thank you to both organizations for your continuous support of the youth in Haines. It is appreciated! Please join the scouts for the annual Pinewood Derby at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 2 at the elementary gym. Thanks again!
