Next up for the Haines Dolphins Swim Team is Saturday’s annual Swim-a-Thon. From 9-11 a.m., kids will add up the total number of lengths they swim at the pool.
Donations are being collected at http://www.swim-a-thon.com, which includes a list of swimmers and their fundraising goals.
Coach Steve Vick said the overall team goal is to raise $17,500, or approximately $400 per child.
