Glass house? Regarding Dean Lari’s letter in last week’s CVN: My oh my, just who lives in a glass house and throws stones? As if you had a clue as to how much the Elks and Emblem give to this community, all the hours we put into making money to give to our community. Oh, by the way, this is a non-profit organization. If you don’t know what that means, go back to California. Yes, most of us drink socially, but do not condemn those who drink or smoke pot to extreme. Most of us have learned to drink in moderation, so we can work our butts off, to make money for this community. A few of us don’t drink at all. So all I have to say to you is, go back to California where you belong. How stupid is it to condemn us for trying to give all children, including yours, a different option from excess drinking or smoking pot. All children should be completely informed.
