I wanted to thank the community for their incredible generosity. Sunday’s fundraiser to help with my medical costs was overwhelming. The love and support that I and my family felt was just a reminder of what an amazing community this is.
I can’t begin to thank everyone that has been here for me in the last few months. But to all the people who have helped: from Sunday’s fundraiser, to the dance at the Pioneer, to Scotch Night. These events have not only helped with my finances but have also boosted my heart and mind in a speedy recovery. Haines is quite a place to be from. Thank you all so much.
