Nate Benton is the new Community Education director at Haines School.
He works from 5 to 10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays at the school, organizing and overseeing programs for adults.
Woodworking class with Ed Hays is under way. Spaces are available in a four-week digital photography class led by Haines wildlife photographer Ron Horn that will begin Nov. 2. The class is limited to 15 students and cameras are available to loan.
