FRESH AIR WAVES -- KHNS program director Marley Horner, left, and Norman Hughes chat live on the radio outside the Haines bank Monday afternoon. It was the first day of the station's "live-drive," which is to continue through Friday. The station raised about $34,000 during its two-week "quiet drive," leading up to the on-air marathon. The station is hoping to raise $70,000 during its annual appeal.
