Thanks from the folks at the Legion
On behalf of the American Legion, we would like to thank all those who donated their time, money and food items to our Vietnam Memorial Wall fund-raiser. A special thank-you to Alaska Meat and Grocery and Howsers IGA for donating all the meat for the Chinese dinner. Thank you to Peggy Shelb, Rosemarie Martin, Maria Knutson, and Connie Ward for cracking the whip in the kitchen. Last, but not least, thank you to all the volunteers who made this fund-raiser possible. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated by commander Pat Murphy and the officers and members of the Lynn Canal Post #12.
