Source clarifies residence ownership

I have a minor correction to the obituary of Robert E. Lee which appeared in the April 28 issue of the Chilkat Valley News. I did not inherit the entire building from Steve Homer on his death, but only the two apartments which he owned and his shares in the common areas of the building. The building had been set up as a condominium. Homer’s share constituted a little more than one quarter of the building. I owned a little less than a quarter, and Robert Lee owned the other half of the building. I then sold my half to Lee. I apologize to Heather Lende for the confusion.
